Vinification of Vinho Verde Aveleda Alvarinho: A sui generis varietal with Alvarinho grapes from 2 different terroirs in the Vinho Verde Region, giving a unique personality to the queen variety of Portuguese white wines. Harvesting takes place at night to guarantee the freshness of the grapes and the maintenance of its aromatic properties In the winemaking center, these are subjected to gentle pressing at low pressure. Alcoholic fermentation is carried out at controlled temperatures, followed by aging in a stainless steel tank, during which the lees are kept in suspension, allowing the wine to be given structure and extract the maximum aromas from the variety.
