Vinification of Vinho Verde Pequenos Rebentos Alvarinho 2021: After manual harvesting, and transport to the winery in small boxes (18kg-20kg), the bunches were de-stemmed and the grapes underwent maceration for 8 hours, preceded by a light pressing and decantation for 48 hours. Fermented at a controlled temperature (14º-15ºC) for 15 days.
