Pardusco Private is a red wine made exclusively with the ancient Alvarelhão grape variety, known locally as Brancelho. Through ancient Portuguese traditions, it is a red wine that ages for a long period of time in used barrels. After vinification in a stainless steel tank, the wine ages for 24 months in used barrels. A very original red wine, silky and with strong minerality. Pardusco was the name given to the great red wines of Monção and Melgaço from the 19th century. XIV, which were the first to be exported to England. Characterized by their light color and little extraction, made from the Alvarelhão (Brancelho) grape variety, they were the basis of the glory of the Monção wine region.
