Vinification of Madeira Wine Blandy's 5 Years Reserve: Bual and Malvasia wines were aged separately for 5 years in American oak casks using the traditional "canteiro" method. The wine underwent 1 stage and finishing before blending. After more than 6 months of mixing, the wine was bottled.
