Vinification of Casa de Santar Vinha dos Amores Touriga Nacional Red Wine 2013: Crushing with total stemming, prolonged and gentle skin maceration, alcoholic fermentation at 26ºC. Aging: 18 months in French Oak barrels and 6 months in bottle.
