This wine originated from a plot of Baga grape vines, subject to very rigorous cultural practices, in the challenging 2014 campaign. The grapes were harvested manually and carefully vinified with complete maceration, in a press with a pneumatic treader. After malolactic fermentation, the wine aged for 12 months in French oak barrels, and then 18 months in cement vats, as has always been tradition in our house. It was bottled, without being subjected to any clarifying or stabilizing treatment, in 2017.
