Vinification of Duorum White Wine 2022: upon arrival at the cellar, the grapes are preserved at low temperature for 48 hours. After de-stemming, the grapes are pressed, followed by alcoholic fermentation. Around 30% of the batch is fermented in French oak barrels. The remaining part ferments in stainless steel vats, at a controlled temperature, between 14 and 16ºC.
