Vinification of Grandjo White Wine 2022: The grapes are pressed in a pneumatic press and fermentation follows in stainless steel tanks with temperature control. Residual sugar is maintained through a natural process by lowering the temperature, interrupting fermentation. The wine then ages in stainless steel vats until bottling.
