Grão Vasco Branco is a light and lively wine that combines the classic elegance of Dão white wines with the enormous versatility of daily consumption. Grão Vasco is a reference brand that provides the flavor of authentic Dão wines. After soft stalking and crushing, and pressing in pneumatic presses, the must, duly protected from oxidation through the use of inert gases, was subjected to static decantation at low temperature for a period of 24 hours, in order to achieve the desired degree of clarity. . The different grape varieties that gave rise to this must were then vinified separately in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures (16ºC) for around 15 days. Grão Vasco white is bottled immediately after a short aging period of around 4 months in stainless steel vats.
