Vinification of Herdade das Servas Reserva White Wine 2019: After stemming and crushing, the grapes are pressed in a pneumatic press with oxidation protection. Static decantation for 48 hours and alcoholic fermentation in French oak barrels. Aging: Once alcoholic fermentation is complete, the wine ages for 9 months in French oak barrels with regular batonnage. After bottling, it rested in the bottle for 6 months in our cellar.
