Vinification of Herdade dos Grous White Wine: Manual selection when receiving the grape and vinification of each variety individually. Destemming, thermal shock of the grapes to 10ºC, pressing, cold decantation for 2 days. Fermentation in stainless steel vats at 14ºC.
