Les Quelles de La Coste LQLC Les 7 Quelles Tinto is the brand that brings to life the wines of John Malkovich, actor, filmmaker and member of the Lisbon nightclub LuxFrágil, which arrived on the Portuguese market, exclusively distributed by Unlock Wines.
In a region that unites Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur, the 4.85 hectare property is located, acquired together with his partner in the 1980s, in the French village of Lacoste — Vaucluse, Luberon, between the Côtes du Rhône (to the north) and Côtes de Provence (to the south). From there, Cabernet Sauvignon, Pinot Noir and Carménère wines come from vines planted at low density, in plots of deep clayey soil.
In Vaucluse, Luberon, hidden between Cotes du Rhone (to the north) and Cotes de Provence (to the south). Down the Rhône River,
towards the southeast, and north of the River Durance, we find the elegant Luberon. The glamorous mountains and hills, a landscape full of personality, are the gateway to Provence. This was the place that John Malkovich and his long-time partner Nicole Peyran decided to purchase in the mid-80s, a property where they still live and raised their two children.
