Vinification of Messias Rosé Port Wine: crushing and gentle pressing of the grapes. Must fermented at low temperatures in stainless steel vats, when the must reaches the desired degree of sweetness, wine spirit (77%) is added so that alcoholic fermentation stops with the presence of residual sugars. This innovative port wine is lighter, more reducing and very fruity.
