Vinification of Quinta da Pacheca White: It was made in stainless steel tanks with fermentation temperature control, with Malvasia Fina, Cerceal, Gouveio and Moscatel grapes. The technical responsibility lies with winemaker Maria Serpa Pimentel, who has been carrying out a process of renewing the profile of the house wines for some time, without neglecting the image of this classic Douro producer.
