This wine was produced by selected grapes from Vinha do Seixo, planted in clay on marble, in the so-called Estremoz Anticline. The batch composed of the Roupeiro variety harvested in the first week of September and Arinto harvested in the middle of the same month, presents hormones, freshness and balance. The must of each variety completes its alcoholic fermentation 45% in new French oak barrels and the remaining 55% in barrels previously used in the fermentation of previous white reserve wines. After alcoholic fermentation in barrels, two months of batonnage and a 10-month aging period, always in barrels, follow. This long aging in wood enhances the nobility of this wine.
