Vinification of Quinta do Poço do Lobo Reserva Red Wine 2019: the best grapes created at our Quinta do Poço do Lobo were harvested manually, and after rigorous selection and stemming, they macerated for 10 days in a press with a pneumatic treader. After malolactic fermentation, the wine aged for 12 months in oak barrels. It was bottled after minimal clarification.
