Rum El Dorado is a unique rum, due to the fact that it is the only rum in the “Rum Demerara” style and it has the oldest wooden stills in the world still in operation, some dating back to the 17th century. El Dorado 8 Year Old is the result of the Master Blenders' knowledge, composed of aged rums from at least four of the traditional wooden stills preserved at the Demerara distillery, including the original Enmore wooden Coffey still and the double wooden still.
