The São João 98 Years of History White Wine was created with minimal intervention, in order to respect the qualitative potential of the exceptional grapes that originated it, as well as respecting the classicism of the white wines of Dão and those from Caves São João, in particular . Therefore, it aged on fine lees, taking place in wooden containers, which had already been aged for a long time, for a period of 6 months, and was bottled without stabilization, after very coarse filtration.
