'SHINOBU' means tolerance in Japanese, symbolizing the spirit of a samurai, like making great spirits that takes time, patience and persistence. Shinobu Whiskey is handcrafted by the distiller, Mr. Usami. He carefully selects whiskeys from around the world and first matures them in old Sherry and Bourbon casks. It is then finished in precious Japanese Mizunara oak and subsequently matured in Japan.
