The wine is transferred to one-year-old French oak barrels (225L), where it ferments at controlled temperatures between 10ºC and 14ºC. Aging: for 9 months in one-year-old French oak barrels. Rabigato is one of the noblest grape varieties in the Douro, and mainly stands out in the Douro Superior for its ability to maintain freshness. The floral character of Viosinho and great balance creates a harmonious blend with Arinto, more aromatic and full-bodied.
