Vinification of Vallado Reserva White Wine 2021: fermentation in 500 liter barrels from various French oak forests: Allier, Vosges and Nevers. 40% new barrels, the rest in 2nd year barrels. Aging: remains in barrels for a period of 7 months, periodically undergoing batonnage.
