A gastronomic white that combines elements of richness, freshness, creaminess and spices, making it versatile enough to pair with either roasted fish or meat dishes. Its high natural acidity also makes it excellent in pairing with light fish and seafood.
Bright straw yellow color, exuberant nose, notes of spices, “pain grillé”, with some citrus. In the mouth it is full-bodied, with a present texture, rich, with a lot of persistence and freshness.
